Set a Program As Trusted in AVG

AVG is quite strict when it comes to protecting your device. In case, it doesn’t recognize any application then it blocks it considering it as unsafe. But what if you know that the particular program is safe and it is important for you to use it? In this case, you can set exclusion to that particular program so that AVG’s virus shield doesn’t stop it from running.

To create an exception you can take help from our AVG technical experts on AVG Support Number UK or you can follow the instruction given here:

• Open your AVG program user interface and then click on Computer tile on the main screen.
• Now go to the Settings and click “Exception”.
• Click “Add Exception” button and then hit on “Exception type” drop-down menu.
• From the drop-down menu, click File and then click the Browse button.
• Double-click the executable program that you want to set as trusted.
• Click OK twice to apply your settings.
• Finally, click Yes if Windows asks for your permission to make changes.

Once you have added the program in the trusted list, you should also allow the program through Firewall. Some AVG products include Firewall protection and if your AVG program has it then please call our technician on AVG Contact Number @ 0808-169-3107 (Toll-Free) to ask experts to guide you. They will tell you steps to allow a program through Firewall so that you can work smoothly.
